Window latch is broken, Bathroom ventilation does not work as the switch is broken/removed. bedroom window curtains/slats are broken - privacy issueRaised requests multiple times since June 21st(move in date) and before. These were not resolved. For the window latch they told me they have a replacement part but no one was sent to repair. Sorry for the resubmission, as I wanted to add more documents + a name to contact.Urgent issues include:- Pest Infestation- Trash Room Odor seeping through walls (smell)- Unsealable door gaps Secondary issues:- Bathroom vents broken- Water is scalding hot- Jammed windows/doors- Havent issued key fobs so we can't enter/exit without help- Over 10 communications to management ignored (phone, email, in person) I moved in August 2nd, 2025 - 10 days ago - my family and
